Madhu who is the CEO of the company was flying on Monday for Reece for one of the largest events we are having in August in GOA. She assured that the agreement will be done on Monday / Tuesday. Out of caution I called Priya on and got the no. of Sonali. I called Sonali on Sunday 9.30 PM crosschecking that everything is lined up. Despite of being weekend (Sunday night) She not even picked the call but ensured that I had approved the agreement and also got the things lined up for me. Madhu got the agreement singed up yesterday and today I got all the required documents. I have worked in various sectors and corporates roles in HR including HR Head. But these type of employees are very difficult to find in customer facing roles. I really wish that I too have 2 or 3 employees like Sonali and Priya and my business will turn around 360 degrees.
