One of the old buildings in Nehru Place. The main office of Canara Bank is located in the building. On the back side of the building, there are two entrances also. Khemka Centre Entrance is used for access of the LIC office. The LIC office is located on third floor of the building. The condition of the entire building is not good. All the staircases are untidy and poorly maintained.

Smartworks is the place where you will feel proud to have your office. The environment inside is full of positive energy. Good companies have their offices there. The way it has been maintained is excellent. It has good cafeteria, I liked coffee. The sandwich is nice. Cafeteria is priced considering satrtups will be working there. You get a good sandwich just for 25. It is just at a walking distance from Nehru palace metro station on magenta metro.

Large nos of business establishments particularly IT repairing shops in the basement are available. Prices are much reasonable here and safe in these area than the main buildings of Nehru place where chances for duping are there.

Smartworks situated in Varchmaan tower Nehru place which is 22 km from ISBT New Delhi The Capital of India. All Good companies have their offices there. The environment inside Smartworks is Excellent. good cleanness all aroung. security check are there from OTP and email to whom you want to meet. Facilities are good and was supportive. I Went for the interview and gone inside and analysed and found they have the best smart workers team why they are very successful they are having knowledgeable staff for doing their job correctly.
