It was constructed on a huge premises with 2 building blocks. They have a good spacing lot for parking. The dining hall is big with nicely crafted dining tables. They also have billiards tables 🎱 and table tennis 🏓 facilities. There is an outdoor space for basketball court which can also be used as a mini cricket play ground. The restrooms and waiting halls are neatly maintained. Free Lemonade 🍋💦 is available in the ground floor. There is an indoor grocery store and also through Smartworks app, we can order household grocery items which will be delivered to us in a nearly packed container at the time of log off.

Parking is limited and ac is common to each floor area. So if the corner office complaints ac is less they reduce the temp and the first office where the ac vent starts gets more cooling.

This is a very unhygienic place. They do not maintain adequate temperature, cafeteria is like washrooms and washrooms are more pathetic. Their team never solves any problem, recently there is some dead rat somewhere and they don't care if employees get Rat fever or anything. My advice is no company should sign up with Smartworks.

Unmet Expectations: The promises made during the onboarding process, including the quality of workspace, amenities, and overall experience, have not been met. The reality falls far short of the expectations set during our initial discussions. Inconsistent Communication: Communication from SmartWorks regarding important updates or changes in services has been inconsistent at best. Timely and transparent communication is essential for a smooth working relationship, and this aspect has been lacking.

Situated just beside to the Westin Hostel and within Mindspace, Smartworks really has built the best one for Corporate Offices Similar to the same most of the internal access/facilities requires either internet connection or Smartworks app to work with. One of the best place for corporate offices. Only problem is with Vehicle parking which seems small to accompany two buildings. However,they are planning to overcome this.
