I joined Workafella co-working space two months ago, but the facilities have been extremely poor. The lunch area is located near the restrooms, making it unbearable to eat due to the unpleasant smell. The restrooms are also not well-maintained, which has been a major inconvenience. Due to these issues, I decided to leave the co-working space and requested an exit. However, they are now demanding payment for the entire year—something I was never clearly informed about. To make matters worse, they are refusing to refund my upfront payment, citing a contract that I was not properly made aware of. I am extremely disappointed with their unethical practices and lack of transparency.
