About Hinjawadi
Hinjewadi is situated along the Mumbai Highway (NH-48) on the north-western side of Pune. It is a well-known employment center 19 km from Pune city.
The Mumbai Highway (NH-48), Dange Chowk Road, and Hinjewadi-Aundh Road connect the neighborhood to other notable parts of Pune. Within the city, the buses run by Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML), cabs, and autorickshaws provide public transit. Additionally, it takes around an hour to get to Pune International Airport (26 km) and Pune Junction Railway Station (20 km). The metro is in the construction phase.
