READ THE ONLY REAL REVIEW HERE - If you want to work in their oldest work space with antiquated interiors, horrible food and just one coffee machine for 500 entrepreneurs (I kid you not!) come to Awfis Shresta Marvel! Awfis is pretty much a sham facility - the facility management changes every 3 months, you never know who your spoc is! Want to work an extra hour today? The management will add extra charges to your monthly payments under the guise of "Standard Tariff Available With Community In-Charge" - this standard tariff is a charge that is not even mentioned in your contract (Around 750+GST/Per hour)! Want to work an extra day? Remember it's a minimum 750+GST/Per hour, which in a 9 hour shift can mean rupees 9000, and ofcourse all this with no basic amenities for the day - dirty toilets, no coffee at all! If you feel I'm lying just walk in an ask them about their extra hour and holiday work policies! The current manager - she is unfriendly and rigid, very fake and on a mission to increase their monthly collections! Expect unfriendly collection calls from her, if you get delayed with your payment even by a day, unlike the managers before her.

Honest Review - Oldest aluminium framework based cabins with outdated interiors, just one smelly old coffee machine for 1000 people. Awfis Shresta Marvel - is a pinnacle of yesteryears. The mens washroom is no better than a railway public toilet. Always smelly and unkempt. Expect ridiculous charges for monthly car parking. The management is proud, unfriendly and money minded. Expect lots of money grab scams where they add ridiculous charges on top of your monthly charges. Avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately this once wonderful Awful is now being run by a corrupt, money grabbing, scamming management! Expect random charges in addition to your monthly bill. Even if you stay back for 20 minutes more a day, they add 750 rupees to your bill. If you like coffee don't join Awfis, since they have JUST one old coffee machine and the coffee from it is absolutely horrible. They had 3 machines about 2 years ago, but their standards have deteriorated since then. Management will scam you out of every paisa that they can, so be prepared to pay even when there are no facilities being provided. They also have a holiday chart that they wan't you to accommodate in your office plans, rather than the other way around! Avoid like the plague, if you're reading this - stop now and go elsewhere!

Wonderful peaceful working space with a beautiful big common place for adda, chatting. Awfis guys are really helpful. Overall a good experience.
