Serving clients like Velocis, Lifescan, Intercell, Drivio, and Etraveli Group, we provide private offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and flexible office solutions. AltF Coworking is rapidly expanding, with plans to open 14 new centers by 2023-24 and 22 more by 2024-25. We will invest around Rs 10 crore in FY 24-25 and aim to raise $1-2 million in Q1 2024 to fund property acquisitions. Currently, AltF Coworking operates 11 centers in Delhi-NCR, covering over five lakh sq ft and more than 6,000 desks.
