Aundh is a well-established neighborhood in the north-west of Pune along the Mula River. It consists of many growing industries, such as tech parks on the Mumbai-Pune Highway like Hinjewadi and well-known neighborhoods in Central Pune like Shivajinagar.

The Mumbai Highway(NH-48), Aundh Road, and Baner Road provide excellent connectivity to the area. Owing to its proximity to NH-48, Aundh has convenient access to and from Pune. Khadki Railway Station(4 km) serves the area. Other commonly available transportation are buses, cabs, and autorickshaws.

The Hinjewadi tech park, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park (15 km away), NSG IT Park, RMZ Westend, Amar Paradigm, and Aundh IT Park is easily accessible from Aundh and is home to many IT & BPO companies, including Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro Technologies, Capgemini, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

PGs like CherryBerry, Bliss, Goodland, etc. are easily available along with rentals in nearby areas like Baner, Pashan, and Ganeshkhind. Reliance SMART, D Mart, The Pavilion Mall, and Westend Mall are some of the prominent malls in the region. The Farm, Hotel Wada, Marrakesh, Taaareef, etc are some eateries around. It also has many parks across the area.

Aundh is ideal for business and office locations because of its strong social and municipal infrastructure.
