The staff is cooperative, but the washroom needs maintenance and cleaning. AC in the cafeteria is a must. Smoking at the back should be prohibited. The water cooler needs proper maintenance. Tea and coffee vending machines should stay open throughout the day. Chairs should be repaired periodically.

If you are willing to sacrifice your self-respect for a so-called office space and some free coffee, it is a great place to work. Workingdom Dwarka's Manager (Rakshanda, if my memory serves me right) can be particularly nasty. She can disrespect you right in front of your clients on the basis of rules that she will cook-up on the spot, and without knowing the whole story. The incident, based on which I am writing this review, happened almost an year ago but it's still as fresh in my memory as if it happened yesterday. Thankfully my clients trusted me a lot and some blabbing by a stranger didn't shake their confidence in me. So yeah, if you don't have to deal with clients and your fee doesn't depend on the respect you command in the eyes of your client, workingdom is a great place to work. Oh, by the way, the emergency exit gate of Workingdom Dwarka is blocked so in case of a fire or something, you may die like the three UPSC aspirants who died yesterday due to drowning in the basement of an IAS Coaching Centre in Old Rajinder Nagar.
