Not sure if it's only with me, but every time I visit this place some construction/renovation is always happening. As a result you notice cement, stand and dust everywhere. Also, the disturbing sound that it brings with it. It becomes irritating at times, especially when some international clients visit you. In fact one of my client actually asked me if we have set up a office in a building which is under construction. I am not making this up. Also, the parking space is very very limited. You may have to park your car out under the sun if you reach office after 9-9:30. The interiors are actually good and spacious. The meeting rooms are nice. That's the plus point. The prime location of the property being the second best thing. At a walkable distance from Raidurgam metro station. There's only a common rooftop cafeteria with very limited options. There are some big basket vending machines available. It get really hot during the summers.

It's a decent co-working space. Best part is,it is close to Rayadurg metro station

Building is decent but lacking lot of facilities, ground floor bathroom always smells and there are no tissues available anywhere even in cafeteria provided by the building. Improvement needed.

So many improvements are needed.There should be microwave ovens available at the breakout rooms on each floor . The lift takes a very long time to come.They have improved their canteen, but still there is scope for improvement .There are no plates and spoons available on the rooftop floor,dining area.
