I have been in this centre since March 2024. There are cockroachs in the room. They keep moving on the desk and walls all day giving a feeling of disgust. Inspite of several complaints and fumigation from workafella end there is no solution reached. And workafella has not given me any alternatives for me to get out to this. Overall the maintenance and hygiene level of the centre is poor.

Not an ideal place for startup - Well, its good place until you terminate your agreement, We were there for 2 years, your advance amount will be stuck and won't be returned easily, you have to constantly follow up and they wont respond. Also, they will speak only with the signed agreement for all your requests.

If you interview a candidate, atleast have the basic common sense to inform them that we regret not processing with your candidature incase you decide not to proceed. Ghosting the candidate and not replying to their e-mails is not professional or ethical Mr.Santhosh Saravanan. Please learn the basics of HR and then call yourself HR specialist.

Dear start-up and others , never go to this place. “No one “ responds to a call and They never give back your advance. We are planning to go towards consumer forum to get our money back. STAY AWAY !! Please spread the word. #Help young achievers #helpstartups ( I am not able give zero Star , so given 1 star )

*Beware – Deposit Not Returned* We spent two years at this place as a startup. Upon leaving, they failed to return our caution deposit and ignored all our attempts to contact them. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Will not recommend for anyone.
