Great co working space. With food outlets It's a business park which has three buildings in it. This place is very good. It has a park and many shops are there including salon, restaurants, cafe & bars and much more. The vibe of this place is very nice. I like this place very much. But again like every tower parking issue diffcult to find parking.

Poor parking management. Rude security guards will ask unnecessary questions while entering visitor parking space. Even after answering questions on, purpose of visit & estimated time for parking, they won't satisfied and again started asking same questions. They will look inside and outside of the car as if we are entering high security building. Its better to go somewhere else where ample parking space available without any fuss. If Vatika Business Park has parking issue then note down, in and out time of vehicle and mark the vehicle which are staying for longer duration. Why are you wasting visitors time? It may result in less footfall and impact shops/vendors.

Good vibes at night, enough open parking which is free. There are now various cafes & restaurants like chaayos, chai point, California burrito, haldirams, open tap (pub) and much more. There is a common sitting area too which is clean. The cafes and outdoor area is not at all crowded. The business center is not very popular so it's not always full of people. You can spend some time at late evening with your buddies and family.

Clean, niche place to sit and chill. Because of buildings inner part have good shade and cool wind to enjoy outside area. In winters it will be A awesome space to sit, read a book and enjoy your coffee. Plus there are lot of other outlets as well like California burritos which will be a new space to explore. Good maintenance too, regular cleaning must emphasize.

Good place for quick catch up with friends. Great eateries. A lot of offices around hence a lot of hustle bustle. Centrally located.
