Good low budget option for small official events like presentation & meetings. Located away from the traffic menace yet inside the city. The only disadvantage is that it houses the most dis-reputed & notorious political party which might bring down preference level amongst professionals or corporate would-be clients.

This is a commercial place, housing many offices including BJP , a National Party office . Don't expect parking inside , you can park along roadside

Absolutely cooperative staff. I had complete support in every aspect from Mr Nilesh at Senate bussiness center during my program there. Very clean toilets too. Catering can also be comfortably arranged. Enough parking space for two and four wheelers. Definately recommended.
