In Capital park building they are lot of different IT companies and business consultants. This place is very nicely maintained and i think this building is not operating fully. I can see few empty space in this building.

The building doesn't have good maintenance, in restrooms we don't get the water, there are so many corporate office on the building idk how the building management asking the corporate to don't use wau rooms for a day literally they are eating the money of the corporate and they aren't providing minimal necessities.

It's located close to the main road making it easy accessibility to everyone . It's a huge one with many office spaces still remaining vacant and finishing work still going on. As this is a new one you can expect cleanliness and hygiene everywhere. Lifts are clean too and super speed.

The facility management is very bad, with no clear processes. The security staff are rude. I've had issues twice where security told me to park my bike in a certain area, then later locked my bike and demanded 250 to unlock it. They say it's an unauthorized parking area, even though I parked there on their advice. They won't release the bike until the payment is made, which seems like illegal money collection. This has happened to many employees in the building. Overall, the building maintenance is the worst I've seen.

Waste and unorganized security rules. No proper coordination and information regarding unauthorized parking. How come they are allowing inside without any proper information for the vehicle owner. They started collecting fines and lock the vehicles. 2 wheeler -250 4 wheeler-1000 Good business to the Jain capital owner. Don't know what they will get from these money. Waste organization, waste security system. F management.
