The executive centre located at fifth floor of Tamarai Tech Park. It has small cabins for office space and providing the space based on Companies requirement. Decently maintained and i have worked more than 1.5 years. Price is bit higher compare to other business centre. Located in the Centre of City, Easily accessible to Metros and Buses. Nice location near kathipara flyover for office purpose.

Very nice place. The executive center is well maintained and a ideal place for startups and companies still in conceptual phase. They provide end to end service providing all the facility needs. They know what you need, and manage everything for you and you just focus on your core activities.

*** Worst Place. 1. This is a shared office space - Just a half of 5th floor. Tamarai Tech. park owner is different. 2. Very old. Not much facilities compared to their new office spaces or Other Shared office Spaces. 3. Service desk - mostly asking excuse for everything. Internet, phones, lights and A/C are in pathetic condition. It will be attended only after several follow ups. 4. Very costly compared to other Shared Office Spaces. 5. Only during the client visit, the office premises will be cleaned and a non informed visit proved their worth. 6. Clients once signed will not be cared much. 7. cost for keeping your own printer. their print service is so costly. Better to try some other share space providers as TEC has proven that their only motive is to fill the space and no care about providing promised service to clients.
