Coworking Space
Don't buy or rent in this building; it's the worst and most poorly maintained one I've ever seen. There are only three elevators serving thousands of offices, and they are constantly under maintenance. The architect or builder did a terrible job with the design and maintenance. The sewage line gets damaged every week, and parking is frequently blocked. There's no parking space available as per office allotments. Only the riverside offices have a good riverfront view.
