If I say my past 1 year experience has been very bad would an understatement. It just looks good on the outside but inside the facilities here are pathetic. ACs are never working properly here also there is a pest problem in the office which after many pest control activities still persists. The washrooms here are not completely functional, a lot toilet cabins are without the bolts means you cannot close the door from the inside you have to constantly hold the door. The washroom here also stinks a lot, only a few urinals are functional rest of them are constantly under maintenance. There are no smoking zones available. The furniture here are also of very bad quality giving back problems to a lot of people working long hours. Coffee machine in the cafeteria was until last month was completely infested with cockroaches. They have provided an open terrace for companies but there is not a single chair available to sit during the break timings. The management staff here is also very bad rather than solving the problems they start pointing the finger blaming the people who are complaining about the dire state of facilities here. The only good thing about this place is a Table tennis table. If you are planning to get an office space here then CHOOSE WISELY! It just looks good on the outside but once you work here for a few you'll experience how pathetic is this place. Also, the parking facility here is non existent.
