Yes, for teams of size greater than 15 - areas inside the workspace can be modified to meet any specific requirements you may have(seating arrangement, signage, private enclosed areas etc). Please get in touch to know more.

Q: Are there any lock-ins, security deposit or any other charges?

There are no other charges - the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace

A spacious and elegant mall. The architecture is really amazing. Also the open terrace with restaurant/bar, is a delightful evening/ night spend. The price is slightly on the higher side. However ,it's worth the visit. So beautifully maintained and so scenic.

We had an amazing time at the lively venue. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the energy was infectious. One of the highlights of the day was spotting a sleek McLaren, which added an extra touch of excitement to our experience. Earlier, we also visited an art gallery, which was beautiful and added a touch of culture to our day. Everywhere we went, everyone treated us really nicely, making the entire day even more enjoyable.

It's a premium mall. The ambience is luxurious. The rooftop provides a glimpse of the Kingfisher house & the UB Tower. The amphitheatre is a good place for romance. Overall, a nice place to spend an evening with your love or pals.

To be honest i have not been to UB city in years. It is the super luxury mall which has limited shops. The ground and 1st floor are the heavy brands and the 3 rd floor can be for the more affordable. The food court is great with various options. The place if your timing is good you could spot a supercat or two.
