Good branch both BH and BOH having good knowledge. helpful staff

I went to this branch for opening Sukanya Samridhi Yojna Account. I met Prakash Kumar who started telling me why are you opening this account, I sadi you don’t know what is SSY .? He said there are other better investments plans . I told him I have to open this SSY account only. He said it can be done via mobile application, he took my phone and wasted around 15 minutes and done nothing. Then he asked me from where I got these SSY account opening form ( which I have downloaded from axis bank official site and printed all pages separately). After reviewing the forms he said these forms should be printed both side NOT one sided ( I mean is this even a reason to deny???) Then he asked me to visit some other day with both side printed forms , when I asked him to provide me form from Bank he said bank doesn’t has this form. Really.? A bank does not has account opening form.! Ao basically this kind of staff (PRAKASH KUMAR) is the problem with our society who really doesn’t care about his duty , all he wants to do is get paid for doing nothing.! I hope this bank official will look closely at his activities, I am sure that I’m not only having these kind of experience.

Firstly, wrong location Secondly, they freeze my account for unverifiable owner . I went to bank and they told me to close the account and I can never open axis bank account anymore. What is this ??

this bank is very cheapest bank , i am not using this bank A/C , LAST 2 years than not close a bank and add charges again and again . i try to close a bank account they say not close the account. say axis bank team pay charges 10000 rs and not stop a charges . manager and axis bank team not cooperative. this bank is fraud bank i suggest you guys not opening a account in axis bank

Worst experience very bad service even they don't know how to behave with customer and even they don't have proper knowledge of service they provide
