Goregaon is a suburb In the Mumbai Suburban area of India. Situated on the Western Express Highway is the posh community of Goregaon.

Goregaon is well connected via an expansion of the Harbour Line, which was finished in 2018, and the Western Line railway station on the Mumbai Suburban Railway. Goregaon is where Mumbai Local Trains start and end. The eastern and western sides of the railway station each have bus stops. Other commonly available transportation are buses, cabs, and autorickshaws.

Goregaon, Malad, Andheri East, Powai, and Ville Parle are the major employment hubs around. Some well-known firms operating out of here are Oracle, Capgemini, Accenture, etc.

The neighborhood primarily comprises a mixture of standalone homes and builder floors; nearby towns include Jawahar Nagar, Prakash Nagar, Unnat Nagar, and Piramal Nagar. PGs such as Zolo Saffron, Tenanto, OORJAA, etc are easily available.

Numerous shopping centers and entertainment areas can be found in the area, including PVR Cinemas, Carnival Cinemas, Inorbit Mall, Central Mall, City Centre Mall, and Goregaon Central. The area has numerous marketplaces, including the Chinese and Goregaon Station markets.
