Terrible Experience with Space - Avoid at All Costs My experience with Space has been an absolute nightmare. Here are the major issues I faced: Endless Follow-Ups: I have sent over 63 emails just to get a response about my deposit refund. This level of negligence and unresponsiveness is unacceptable. Unbelievable Delays: It took them more than 4 months to reconcile just 13 invoices. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of efficiency and professionalism. Horrible Communication: Their communication is beyond poor. They constantly ask for the same data over and over again, indicating that they are either disorganized or simply don't care. They also fail to provide a contact number for quick responses, making it incredibly difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner. Unprofessional Attitude: The attitude of the staff is shockingly laid-back. Their lack of urgency and responsibility has caused significant delays in processing my refund, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. We have been charged interest plus administration charges of Rs. 1500/- for a delay of only 3 days, and this has happened twice. However, our deposit has been delayed for more than 4 months from their end and not response for that. Could you please address this discrepancy? Overall, Spaces has provided one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against using their services. This company is a prime example of what a business should not be.

I am writing this review to share my extremely worst situation in spaces. Their account desk is most unprofessional while the legal department is super active in raising unnecessary invoices . Account department will have no record of the payment already made and some invoices they will never raise and suddenly when their system is updated they will get back with all invoices and threaten you with notices. The account department , the manager and the legal department is just not in line or mutually co-ordinating with each other in their system and god knows where and what their Head office is doing. You will be kept been sending notices without even coming to your cabin and discussing the issues and sorting it out. You will be tired asking the manager to come over and discuss / settle the issue and ultimately you have no one to listen to. Rather then coming here and getting mentally disturbed I guess it’s much better to work from others location. Please rethink and decide to use them. Pathetic administration.
