Amazing place to work. One of the best building in Kondhwa area with excellent ambience, affordable cost, 24*7 support, cafeteria, cleanliness etc.. Amazingly clean and lavish washrooms. Food quality in cafeteria is above par with variety like restaurants + home like taste. Advantage of working here is that you spend time with professionals from different industries and lot to learn from them. The staff of space31 is very professional and is available anytime to help you solve issues, if any. All in all 5 stars for the place. Lucky to ave found such an amazing place to work. Looking for FUN at WORK, this is the place.

Firstly, the Building is exceptionally build, happy to see such a mellowed construction sort of first time in India. Cleanliness, I would not say immaculate, need for improvement cannot be discounted here. Especially, in the cafetaria, huge room for improvement is foreseen. Secondly, you seldom find multy ethnicity. When I asked the owner, he bluntly replied 'what can I do? Whoever comes first, I gave them the preferences..' See, when you are building a monument or foundation for your skyscraper (here, 'skyscraper' is used as a 'future'), you ought to value all aughts, you shall try see omni directional especially & specifically out of your aura. Thirdly, the facilities are nice, if you are working in office, you need not move out of the building for a walk or just to wander. Just get into the balcony & you get the breeze. Being in India, you get the feel of being out of India, but I get the feeling something is missing which adheres to welcome-back or visit-again kind of! Overall, nice to visit, I did twice.
