They are more focused on harassing the employees as they reach then providing good service to their tenant. Cafeteria is like an Oven where you get baked along with your food. Only God knows how they are surviving with such poor work place conditions.

Very Poor Management - Air conditioning does not work every other day - No cold water in Pantry - Highly arrogant and non cooperative staff member team - Restrooms stink badly all the time with insects flying around - Parking challans issued every other day as they have no proper parking arrangements. - Support staff not efficient. - Food cafeteria has very less options and is extremely hot to sit and eat. Update 18/06/24 - AC is still not effective - No cold drinking water *Update 05/08/24 - No Drinking water available, The problem stared 01st-Aug and was resolved on 06th-Aug, so 5 days to resolve a problem of basic amenities like drinking water.

If you have an option, choose some other place. The management is focused on only one thing: reducing costs. At the cost of hygiene in bathrooms or at the cost of providing parking spots where cars get towed or the fact that furniture provided is generally low quality with high prices. Coffee machine is started only at 11 am and is as bad as it can get. They don’t have any legal required places (like creche etc) nor do they allow for small customizations in the work place. Go somewhere else would be my earnest advice.

Its a corporate office space. There are lots of companies in under this park. As a visitor very good experience.
