Smartwork good space for offices area is very wide or everything here game zone, office zone , cafeteria,snooze room ,collebration zone , meeting hall, Reception, nice place Google Zomato all big companies offices here everything is awesome feeling for office employees..safety good ..

They control everything with their app and which itself is a piece of junk. If you want to order food you are forced to order through their app which eats all your battery thanks to a buggy bluetooth function. Also, mobile signals are pathetic. Coming to food there are only 2 permanent vendors which take good advantage of their duopoly. Thalis are priced in the range of 100 to 140 post taxes. Are you kidding me. I have lived in Delhi their also the office thalis are subsidized and offered at 60 to 80. Even after all the quality of food is a bug question mark. Now their is a 3rd vendor which prices even more with low quantity premium offerings. God bless you if you want to eat with them daily as you will never satisfy your hunger. It seems like management at top comes out with sophisticated ideas without a clue of what is going on ground. Example 1 - they introduced wifi enabled coffee machines. In an ideal world one could order coffee directly from their mobile and the machine would dispense. Come to real world there is no signal at the place where coffee machine is installed (the decision was rolled back after complaint). But it shows apathy of the management. Example 2 - They have 6 lifts for approx. 19 floors of offices. Eqch floor accomodates atleast a 1000 people. Now imagine if a good percentage want to use the lift esp. during lunch time. Wait time can be upto 3 mins (sounds low, try standing in front of lift for that much time you will get what i mean). And as crowd builds up you would get a feeling as though you are on the road surviving to steer through the traffic. People start to push and shove. Example 3 - House keeping staff could be seen loitering in the building, without a clue or, just passing time in corners. I actualy once saw a house keeping staff playing loud music in their mobile in front of a working occupied office. As usual people are left to work out their own solutions. And did i not mention building is situated in Mundwa near to old hard rock cafe spot. Its a 1 lane road. So if u work here be ready to spend 30 mins crossing KP.

3rd class, 3rd grade services by SmartWorks AP81. And even worse, the lack of empathy displayed by SmartWorks staff, who were seen laughing, is a cause for concern. (1.) The current water situation on our floor is frustrating. With just one dispenser for everyone, the slow fill speed (around 5 minutes per bottle) creates long lines and forces some people to go without water. It would be a huge improvement if we could get additional dispensers or have the existing one serviced to fill faster. While waiting in line, the behavior of the pantry staff (presumably SmartWorks) observing the situation without taking any action is quite disappointing.. (2.) In toilets, their flush doesn't work and these are the filthiest toilets I have seen in any corporate office. (3.) Accessing the elevators requires passing a security checkpoint with a FaceID system. However, the provided mobile devices for FaceID authentication seem to malfunction frequently. This leads to people resorting to bypassing the barrier, which can be especially challenging for some, particularly women I've observed struggling with the maneuver. And icing on the cake is that even though there are 8 elevators but you will have to wait for 5-10 minutes to catch elevator. (4.) Their mobile application is equally bad. However, I will not complain much on that because it could be slow because of my mobile n/w issue.
