Well maintained building and carrying the legacy of being in CP Area. Entrance is huge and lifts are in good condition managed by operators. Parking is a challenge across the area though

Many times came here for bus pass renewal.. love the mini samosa stall here.. but bus service is very bad and especially of 893 uttam nagar terminal one.
