Skootr - Jewel of India Apartments

Today, after visiting Horizon Tower again after six months, I noticed two important issues: 1. Condition of Sign Boards – The lighted sign boards, especially the main sign board and the letter sign boards, have started turning black. When they were new, they looked very good, but now they require proper maintenance. It would be better if the same vendor who originally installed them is called for upkeep and servicing. 2. Foul Smell in Lower Basement – A strong foul odor is coming from the lower basement area due to lack of cleanliness. This needs immediate attention. Additionally, I observed that most of the maintenance staff and security guards remain busy on their mobile phones, which affects their work efficiency. I would suggest implementing restrictions on mobile use during duty hours so they can stay focused on their responsibilities. You have built Horizon Tower very well; kindly ensure its maintenance is also given the same importance

Great experience This is a very beautiful building. I have never seen such a beautiful building before.
