Ample space for parking. Good place for corporates. Infrastructure is good overall. The canteen service provided by the trident group is the worst. Rates are too high compared to the quantity. Food quality is very cheap, found with insects.

It's very small Commercial Building and doesn't has much in open area. Limited parking,not much trees. No washrooms on ground floors. Nobody uses their gyms, but they still want to charge a hefty fee on that partial gym. During the first heavy rain, their one of the basement floor got flooded and it's been more than a month to that incident, but still they haven't managed to open all of their lifts for people. For 14 floors, they are just running 2 lifts, where 1 is a Service lift. For a month, all the employees had to use stairs as that time, not even single lift was operating. The management is so useless, that they can't even get a proper cooling in the Cafeteria. Half of the cafeteria blows cold air with such a high pressure, that you can't bear to sit below it. So every single person spends 120 seconds in locating a good seat where the blowing air is not coming. The opened after Lockdowns, and they came with Press and Use Taps in all washrooms (no touchless controls). Their cafeteria does not even has handwash. Canteen: Sucks in the name of hygiene and food quality compared to what they charge.

Canteen on second floor is full of Rats and Cockroaches. Also you may find insects in the food. Canteen is owned by Trident ventures' worst management.

Place is good but Canteen is the only option for food & they are giving us garbage quality food at high cost. So many times found insects in it.
