Excellent Co-working space with good facilities. Would recommend this to people looking for affordable options for Private offices in a posh location (Hiranandani Estate Thane). Not a lot of scope for peer to peer networking though.

UPDATE: 14SEP2024. The Regus Finance team is filled with morons. After sharing 26AS report from the Income tax department, Govt. of India portal, these guys are insisting on an excel format for reconciliation to determine whether the amount withheld. The EXACT amount withheld by these guys on the deposit we paid is the TDS we paid as a part of the IT regulations. What kind of harassment is this? Is Regus running a legitimate business or a Shell company try to con businesses? ORIGINAL REVIEW - 10SEP2024 Overpriced and deposit caveat! Worse than money lenders in attitude. We had a month on month booking in this location in 2024, a single day delay in payment of advance rent and they charge hefty fine and tax, however we are yet to get out deposit back which was withheld despite providing them TDS challans and they have kept the TDS AND our deposit of similar amount...no amount of writing emails /calls helps.. Pathetic, money minded and absolute wretched attitude towards resolving queries. Never coming back....ever. Karma will catch up...

Nice Space Centre Team is great help. Their management team is not local which is why support is slow. I complained about chairs not being up to the mark and they took like 8 weeks to get new chairs. Centralised AC has issues periodically. Cafeteria os super small. No Microwave. Basic plates utensils water and coffee machine available. They definitely need regular pest control. When i work nights the cafeteria has a lot of unwanted guests having fun

Good place to work. But AC temp is not in control.

They don't provide cafeteria .. washroom are so dirty.. always smells 🤢 bad . Centralized AC is also not working good . It's good for small business only who can adjust to this conditions
