We had the best experience of operating our office at this Regus location. They were very transparent with the charges from the beginning. Office space is private cabin which was much better than what we got in other coworking spaces. High speed connection that is almost 100% uptime. We got the refund of our deposit in less than one month after vacating the office. Employees can work safely 24 hours and very convenient location for employees to avail of food, grocery and other services near by.

One of the high end and best places to have a rental office. There are few negative points like open parking and also not sufficient parking spaces for all vehicles, the rest rooms are not up to the standards for that payment, the air conditioning is too cold, the location is close to Arcot Road which makes always heavy traffic and congestion here. Wonderful service and support by the staffs shall be success behind Regus. It comes with all supporting services, if not they can arrange for a third-party​ vendor. Hope they can workout on areas for further improvement.

I would like to share my detailed feedback about this place. Pros : Excellent staff and security team. Good office space , neat and clean and good amenities. Prime location and easy to travel. Cons: No canteen and have to move around all the time. Also no car parking even though you are paying premium price for the office. You will have to fight for the car parking all the time. They will ask you to park in nearby shopping malls if you bring your car. We had very tough time with their accounting team, where they have charged us 3 months extra , even though we have given proper notice to them in email and also got a automated message that our contract closes by December. But REGUS continued to have their invoices sent till March and closed the account only on March. Even after multiple emails none of their accounting team responded and also their main support team also didn't respond for the queries. This is one of the shameful act by a company like REGUS. Our only request to all the people going to occupy REGUS is to make sure that your deposit money is not going to be overcharged. We are writing this because of frustration of losing 3 months of extra rental . Looking to take next legal actions .

It has been a horrific experience as with the payment being made late (but still well before the month started too for the advance payment for the next month). They had refused to remove the 1500+ and ready to lose the customer inspite of the request. Have used their services for so many months on many occasions and this is the treatment that they give us. Businesses are stressed and advance payments (with delays) are not even considered waiver worthy enough, as they still hold the 1-month advance even. Not customer friendly at all! There are a lot of alternatives and would never ever want to use their services again. Again - shockingly you have added late payment of another 1.6k+ for a previous late payment of 1.6k+ when we have clearly written back stating you need to adjust late payment against our advance as we are discontinuing. Is this the way you will earn money from customers? Don't you have any customer focus or centricity even 1% of it??? SERIOUSLY ? SHOCKING AND APPALLING ATTITUDE!!!
