Coworking Space

While the property is new and facilities are good, there are many serious issues in relation to their operation. I signed up for a coworking space but had to terminate the contract within 2 months. When I signed the contract, it was with reference to Regus and its GST ID but when they raised invoices, it was in name of another entity and a different GST number. In addition, they did not file GST return for these invoices, which did not enable me to take GST input tax credit. They take 5 days to look into the issue I mail and acknowledge and close it without even responding to issues. They have no intention of filling GST returns after collecting it from customers. Suggest to avoid this entity.
