Mr. Gaurav Gupta is very nice and co-operative person for the tenant, he is always ready for all possible help to the tenant. Regus Suyog Platinum has been one of the best experiences I've had in Pune.

1)Air/Conditioning policy is major turn-off for customer staying beyond 6pm 2) Parking chaos, no space in the building 3) Overpriced and low value for money. There are other co-working spaces for startups at half the price of Regus 4) Selling basic snacks much above the MRP(Maximum retail price) causing customer dissatisfaction and distrust. Overall the staff is good, but with above cons - the price model is not sustainable for small companies or freelancers

Excellent office spaces for 1/2/3/4/5/6 and 8 seater office rooms and great reception staff and celebrating a few national holidays, however with below cons: 1)Parking is a major problem in the building. Paid Parking is limited(1200/month for bikes, 5000/month for cars), very expensive and still inconvenient. There is no fixed position to park bikes 2) They resell packaged snacks, but at double the printed MRP. There is no itemized bill for snacks 3) Air conditioner is only run 9am-6pm, and there are no openable windows for fresh air after 6pm should you continue working. 4) Regus staff invade privacy by opening office doors to collect used cups. Should knock first.

Nice place for office meeting. Good service. Provides LCD display for presentations. Clean and spacious. Cafe available. Food needs to be ordered from outside.

Parking issue don't park ur vechile outside, police will toe it up.
