Good place, very peaceful and very near to that Vashi Railway station. Ranjana madam is so kind and polite. Best part of Regus is that we can have access to their other branches also.

*** MY EXPERIENCE WITH REGUS IS VERY MUCH FRUSTRATING *** The sole purpose for me to purchase the package to get my company registered and GST registration with Regus Vashi address which I already very well informed to Regus Team at the time of buying package. They assured me that they will provide all necessary documents and support me in registration of company and GST registration. Hence I purchased the package which is very costly as compared to other vendors. But I considered it as this Regus location was under 10km from home. MCA rejection came due to the improper documentation provided by Regus. Escalated the same to Regus to provide the supporting documents. Regus failed to provide necessary documents required by MCA. Got the response before 2 days last day of company registration submission that "concern team is working on it once we have revert,will get back to you." I waited till last date of submission and there was no response. Now no option left for me. CA suggest to get it registered on home address or go to new vendor else I have pay again for company registration and everything will start from beginning. Hence I have purchased a package from other vendor. They given all the documents within 15 minutes of registration. They given 7 documents (Agreement , Landlord NOC, Vendor NOC, Vendor BR NOC, Lease Deed, Utility Bill, Internet Bill). Still I don't understand why Regus denied to provide the necessary documents at the first place as these are very common document required by MCA for company registration. If Regus don't want to share such documents why Regus is selling & promising to customer for company registration & GST registration. Regus should clearly informed to client at the time of enrollment itself. 28-May-2024 update I don't understand why still I am getting the payment reminder for Jun 2024. I already ended the contract from my side. Please end the contract from Regus end. I already paid the rent till May 2024. Regards Ravinder Jaiswal 15-Jun-2024 UPDATE After so many days of investigation, I got email from Regus saying that their is no mistake from Regus side. They say, they asked me to upgrade to co-working and i denied. This is absolutely false statement. I think i definitely made mistake by purchasing the product from Regus. I made mistake by believing what is said by Regus. I already wasted approx 13k for April & May rent, activation fee and still they are sending the reminder emails for rent of Jun & July.
