Don’t fall for Regus name and stay away for Vitual office or any other office requirement with Regus , you will regret it, they never send payment reminders and straight away keep sending threatening emails to you to sue you. This is highly unprofessional and pathetic company to do business with. Billing : They bill you 2 months in advance and still threaten you to Sue you if you missed to pay. Support : They doesn't bother about anything once they get signed tenant contract, their ultimate goal is to arm twist and grab money without being providing basic amenities set forth in Contract. Email: You will never see an email response from their sales person,billing and even legal etc. as their motive is to extort money from you once you sign the agreement. Stay away if you want peace of mind you have so many options in the market.

ambience of the place is decent but the receptionist shivam is very rude. he doesnt have sense to talk to visitors and staff. I was kept waiting for more than an hour to meet person in cabin due to his unconcerned behaviour. He not even had informed the concerned person and even not let us in. i gues Regus need HR team should have trained this guy and value thier visitors. Totally ill managed personalty i had met till date. Good place bad people.

1) If you have office in Regus, should own a car because there is no Bike parking inside. 2) Internet speed is so good you cannot depend upon, best you use your mobile hotspot. 3) Office boy assistance not possible, Have your own office boy.

The location is near the metro station, price is high .. although one of the best co working places in Delhi
