Great location, the building serves as corporate offices to many renowned businesses and MNC's, security and front desk staff are very helpful and multilingual, the only and only downside is the waste processing unit right in front of the building when arriving from Middleton street towards the building (nothing can be done about that unfortunately) but a great location
