P-Squared Coworking

Be careful while paying Advance deposits to them, I have lost my hard earn money, was there for years and when it came to vacating the place and asking for deposit back, I had a tough time. Paid 84K deposit & got back 30k as settlement. Space may not be enough but here is the quicker - Mr Rakesh, Mr Shaheer, & Mr Roshan, caretakers of PSquard. Dealing with them was a real time experience as how someone can con you in business. First Mr Rakesh went off the picture by saying he has noting to do with PSquard any more & he is also moving out to native. I can collect rest of deposits from other two. But fact is Rakesh still has his office in same building. Next Mr Shaheer went non communicative...with him I wonder what kind of person can be & how someone can develop such low moral. He never responded back to calls, msg, or emails. Regardless you beg him and call him even 35 times a day. He was actively involved in collecting monthly rents but no hope from him as he is not responding. Now Mr Roshan, who also initially said that he has nothing to do with Psquard, whereas all the three people where involved at the time of agreement. I should call Rakesh & Shaheer to get what I want , don't know what I have paid or not paid. but since other two are not responding I had no choice other than calling Mr Roshan again & again. ​Experiencing that I might loose all my money , I approached legal. which made them to returned 30k out of 84k deposits as settlement on 20th Oct 2021. The only reason I went for settlement is because Mr Roshan said that they all three are separated & there P Squared is going to shut down, have no funds to pay back. BUT today I got to know that all these three guys are still there and renting out the place or may be looking for new fools like me to have special Biriyani.
