Our company used this coworking space and was quite disappointed with my experience. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. Cleanliness: The space was not well-maintained. The common areas and restrooms were dirty, and coffee machine are home of cockroaches and lizards. 2. Noise Levels: Despite being advertised as a professional workspace, the noise levels were incredibly high. There was constant construction work going on, making it difficult to concentrate. 3. Parking: Parking facility is not available as required you need to park your car on the roadside. 4. Customer Service: The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. When I raised concerns about the cleanliness and noise, they seemed indifferent and did nothing to resolve the issues. 5. Facilities: Several amenities that were promised, such as the recreation equipment are not in working condition, This was quite frustrating. 6. Value for Money: Considering the above issues, the pricing felt exorbitant. I expected a much higher level of service and amenities for the amount I paid. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this coworking space to anyone looking for a productive and professional environment.

Place- Shree Square A, Sindhubhavan (managed by Opulence) Cleanliness- washroom and pantry are not cleaned properly Noisy - Very noisy place. They keep on repairing work in working time and deny to stop it on our face. Services- Very awful services. Games are just for namesake. They don’t maintain it. Parking- Parking your vehicle is real pain in the building. Management- The main among all the problems. Highly unprofessional. They get tired of complains rather than solving them. You will have very negative vibe in the building. Not recommended at all…

It was a very very bad experience with this premises. Please don't go with this " Opulence " even every day new rules and regulation changes. No proper commitment or satisfaction. Note : I really very feel bad when I exit from here because his owner don't get back my deposit amount. " Very very Poor person "

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Called to discuss my company's requirements with a female representative, but she abruptly disconnected the call. Despite multiple attempts to reconnect, at least 3-4 times there was no response. Avoid this place at all costs.
