Our company used this coworking space and was quite disappointed with my experience. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. Cleanliness: The space was not well-maintained. The common areas and restrooms were dirty, and coffee machine are home of cockroaches and lizards. 2. Noise Levels: Despite being advertised as a professional workspace, the noise levels were incredibly high. There was constant construction work going on, making it difficult to concentrate. 3. Parking: Parking facility is not available as required you need to park your car on the roadside. 4. Customer Service: The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. When I raised concerns about the cleanliness and noise, they seemed indifferent and did nothing to resolve the issues. 5. Facilities: Several amenities that were promised, such as the recreation equipment are not in working condition, This was quite frustrating. 6. Value for Money: Considering the above issues, the pricing felt exorbitant. I expected a much higher level of service and amenities for the amount I paid. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this coworking space to anyone looking for a productive and professional environment.
