KUBZ provides all amenities and facilities like 2 wheeler parking, 4 wheeler parking, Wifi, Printer, Water, Chairs & Desks, Separate Washroom, Pantry Area, Air Conditioners, Charging, Power Backup and Fire Extinguisher. Any other specific requirement you may have can be made available on request.

Q: Can the office space be customised based on our requirements?

Yes, for teams of size greater than 15 - areas inside the workspace can be modified to meet any specific requirements you may have(seating arrangement, signage, private enclosed areas etc). Please get in touch to know more.

Q: Are there any lock-ins, security deposit or any other charges?

There are no other charges - the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace

Good working atmosphere and ambience. Very friendly administration. Have all amenities - internet/wifi, pantry, washroom, conference hall for corporate meetings, lighting and fully air-conditioned. Highly recommended

One of the best coworking space in kerala..ambience is verry good and friendly staff and management( internet and toilets and pantry ).. I realy enjoy it.. Highly prefferable.
