I had the displeasure of visiting this visa collection office, and it was an absolute nightmare. The staff seemed to think they were too smart to assist anyone and were incredibly unhelpful. The canteen was like stepping into a desert, with an overwhelming smell that made me lose my appetite. And don't even get me started on the state of the building – it was downright crappy. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.
