About Koregaon Park

Koregaon is a census town in Pune’s Satara district. It is located roughly 18 km east of Satara city, 120 km from Pune, and 267 km from Mumbai on NH-548C Satara-Baitul National Highway. Wathar Koregaon Road also serves the area.

It is a well-connected area to nearby areas as it is situated on a highway NH-548C. Two kilometers outside of the town is the Koregaon railway station, located on the Pune-Miraj line. State buses, cabs, and autorickshaws are easily available. The train station and Koregaon Bus Station are conveniently next to one another.

The Koregaon (Mini) Industrial Area, which was built along the Koregaon-Rahimatpur Road, is a developing industrial and commercial area. It is close to the Shikrapur Industrial Area, home to many important corporations, including L&T, John Deere, Pyrotek, JSW, and Fujifilm. Also, it is roughly 25 km away from Magarpatta City, EON IT Park, and Ranjangaon MIDC industrial region.

Prominent residential areas nearby are suburbs and villages including Lonikand, Vadhu Budruk, Phulgaon, Sanaswad, and Dingrajwadi encircle Koregaon Bhima. Osho Park is the center of attraction in the area. Tilaganga and Vasana Rivers serve the area.

Coworking Space

Location is good but not maintained. Coffee machine doesn’t function properly. The security guy was kind to get me a chai from outside. I was surprised when I was asked to wind up at 7:00 by supervisor . Have worked in other coworking space but never saw such early time limits.

Coworking Space

This Co-working place is very professional about their work as well as staff is polite & friendly. Two wheeler parking space available outside the bunglow space. Four wheeler parking is not there. Littlebit internet & mobile network issue in few cabins but the staff is always ready to handle that. Washrooms are cleaned & neat. Office ambiance is fantastic & the premise is creatively designed. Open terrace & basement is available to seat & some relaxation. Printer/Wifi facility available. Also unlimited tea-coffee available. In nearby small kiosks/resto/shops/booths, snacks is available. All food, clothing etc. brands available in nearby area. Bus stop is few meters away.
