Perfect co- working space near Park Street. It’s a cafe + co working space, but mostly used as office space by various companies and individuals. This space is owned by the Prasad group (real estate) and is on the 5th floor. Clean interiors and also parking space available. While they have a monthly subscription system, it is also ideal for people who want to work for a day and opt for day pass. Interiors are well designed, colourful and well maintained. On par with a WeWork in Mumbai/ Delhi. It has an open layout and the colours add a positive vibe. The space has proper office chairs which are comfortable to sit on for long hours, unlike other co- working spaces + cafes. It also has a nice book collection (which more people should use) The owner Mrs Prasad herself takes lot of interest in ensuring everything smoothly and works on any feedback received from co-workers. She is supported by an able team who oversee the day to day functioning of the space. The space also hosts quizzes on weekends and other meet-ups from time to time, but these are usually via third parties.
