We booked an office in this complex in 2021 and have been eagerly following the progress of its construction. The mobile app provided by Gera has been incredibly helpful for keeping us updated on construction milestones and payment details. We are particularly grateful for Gera’s deferred down payment option, which made it easier for us to purchase our office without financial strain. Very poor maintenance at Gera’s Imperium Gateway (A Wing). There is no water in the ladies’ washroom from afternoon onwards, causing serious hygiene issues, foul smell, and health concerns. This problem has been ongoing for 2 months despite complaints. Immediate action is required.”
