All the bank staffs are friendly and show a customer first approach. The bank manager is polite, supportive and makes us feel that we are very important to the bank. I would describe the service as professional and everyone at the bank would go above and beyond to assist you. The staff at the Bakery branch is definitely an asset to SBI. Their customer service is recognizable.

I would like to thank SBI bakery junction and its staff for their excellent service. Most of the SBI branches work like any government office you get into but this one was quite a different experience. Even with their busy schedule the branch staff was ready to assist me . I have to thank the chief manager Mrs.Beegom, if I remember well, she was so busy even then she kept running around to all the customers including myself, sorting out issues and assigning staff for the concerned problems. She is very professional. I hope this branch remains in this way. I have never felt more comfortable in any other branch I visited.
