Good and well managed co-working space in areas. Most of the things available nearby. The only cons i saw is that there are only vending machines available for snakes no quick snacks or cafes inside. Also during lunch time there are some items not available in the vending machine due to the high rush.

I worked at DevX Vadodara for two years and always paid my dues ahead of time. The previous admin was kind and understanding, which made us commit to a one-year lock-in period, even though freelancers typically don’t have to. We had five seats in the flexidesk area and loved the environment. However, things changed when Kandarp took over as the new admin. He showed no respect for long-term clients and had a poor attitude. I spoke with other members who had been there for 2-3 years, and they also expressed dissatisfaction with his behavior. Last month, we moved to our own office, but when we returned to DevX to collect our remaining office goods, Kandarp refused to release them until we signed a closure letter, which we were fully prepared to do. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he insisted on a signed and stamped document and created unnecessary conflict, holding our goods hostage. Despite our two-year partnership, he showed no empathy and spoke to us rudely. While we had a great experience initially, Kandarp’s behavior ruined our impression of DevX. We can no longer recommend them, especially if this is how they treat loyal, long-term clients. Additionally, they charge long-term clients more than new ones, which is unfair. I would suggest exploring other coworking spaces where your business and loyalty are respected.

After two years of working at DevX Vadodara, I’m disappointed to say that our experience ended on a sour note. His attitude towards long-term clients was unprofessional and disrespectful. Many of my colleagues who had been there for years felt the same way. When we moved to our own office last month, we returned to DevX to collect our remaining office goods, only to find Kandarp seizing them and refusing to release them until we signed a closure letter. Although we were more than willing to sign, he insisted on a stamped document and was incredibly rude throughout the process. His lack of empathy and poor treatment of long-term clients completely tarnished our view of DevX. Additionally, their pricing structure unfairly charges long-term clients more than new ones, which makes no sense. I would advise freelancers and small businesses to explore other coworking spaces where client loyalty is valued and respected.

Very good experience. I worked here for 4 weeks. Cooperative staff, Perfect location, nice view and Positive vibes around work area. Most important thing I met intresting people who are working on awesome ideas/projects. Canteen work is going on so hoping it will start soon.
