Stay away from this place as there are many more good options. If you follow clients calendar, but there is a local public holiday, they won't allow you inside the office.No air conditions, no regular cleaning and rooms are not maintained properly with fungus and with stingy smells. Toilets are prone to diseases. Vending machines are not maintained properly and canteen is one of the worst part and people usually go out for food and snacks.. Managed by a bunch of unprofessional ba&tards and a&&holes thinking and behaving as if they know everything and coming to office for mere timepass.Some of the reviews were written by their own employees. As most of their meeting rooms and seats are empty, they try to enforce cost cutting measures in every possible manner at the cost of customer's comfort and hygiene.

Wonderful place to have our work environment. Great hospitality and suitable "events" conducted on every festival or any occasion.

Located close to the start of the OMR stretch. Better than average facilities. Good for accommodating startup or individuals looking for shared working space. But seriously lacking proper canteen/cafeteria/food options.
