There are no other charges - the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace

Coworking Space

This business park is my current office space. Located at 10 mins walking distance from Kurla station, with 4 towers and various office spaces located inside. The space offers parking for both 2 and 4 wheelers, but is limited as per offices based on first come first serve basis. They also a dedicated canteen space which offers multi-cusiene options and space for dining. Due to its unique way of construction, it's breezy always and is covered with plants and trees. 🌴

Nice, decent place. The road in front of it is mostly packed and moved slowly But office space is very decent and orderly. Good office spaces, Easy to navigate and the crowd is very nice overall, gets crowded when a University gets free in the evening
