There are no other charges - the prices are inclusive of all amenities and facilities. There are no lock-ins. A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent is needed. The payment terms may vary in case you need any customisation made to the workspace

Coworking Space

It's in a new building with only this as working unit. The space is decent. Parking is on the footpath. Food, snacks etc are available nearby as it is on the main Baner pashan link road. Location is good. Local conveyance like ola and uber is not an issue. At present occupied by very few companies only thus silent most of the time. However if it's get fully occupied it will be conjugated.
