About Malad East

Goregaon is a suburb In the Mumbai Suburban area of India. Situated on the Western Express Highway is the posh community of Goregaon.

Goregaon is well connected via an expansion of the Harbour Line, which was finished in 2018, and the Western Line railway station on the Mumbai Suburban Railway. Goregaon is where Mumbai Local Trains start and end. The eastern and western sides of the railway station each have bus stops. Other commonly available transportation are buses, cabs, and autorickshaws.

Goregaon, Malad, Andheri East, Powai, and Ville Parle are the major employment hubs around. Some well-known firms operating out of here are Oracle, Capgemini, Accenture, etc.

The neighborhood primarily comprises a mixture of standalone homes and builder floors; nearby towns include Jawahar Nagar, Prakash Nagar, Unnat Nagar, and Piramal Nagar. PGs such as Zolo Saffron, Tenanto, OORJAA, etc are easily available.

Coworking Space

About me: Across 6 years I've seen more than 50+ co-working spaces and utilized 5 of them. About them: Carnival HUB is not your typical normal co-working space but a premium one with great space, premium services & support while the charges are of a normal co-working space. During my first visit, I believed it might not be in our budget due to the offerings but it turned out to be not just in our budget but we got a great deal looking at all the extra services and support. A normal table with a good quality chair, proper Air conditioning, and a clean toilet is what you ideally desire however you get something more than that here. A building entirely owned by them with services like 24/7 security, a proper reception with seating area, a support team available for all types of support, cleaning via vacuum and pest control, water/tea/coffee, IT team for IT support, to name a few are the services we get apart. Vikrant, Shifa, Surendar, Anjali are the team behind the great support. Thank you guys for making it a comfortable one.

Our personal experience with them has always been amazing. Kudos to the entire team✌🏻 It is exactly the kind of co-working space every startup needs: good connectivity, ergonomic infra, spacious cabins, well-managed house keeping, supportive team, community events and affordable prices.
