The combination of poor management, lack of essential facilities such as power backup and clean washrooms, the absence of a proper canteen, and unreliable make this office space unsuitable for any professional or productive work environment. The hygiene standards are abysmal, with both washrooms and the office space itself being persistently dirty and poorly maintained. This not only reflects poorly on the workspace but also raises serious concerns about health and safety. Prospective tenants should look elsewhere for a workspace that values their comfort, productivity, and basic needs.
