Coworking Space
I've had such a frustrating experience with this office that I don't even know where to start. The environment is absolutely awful. For starters, the place is a complete mess—there are flies and insects everywhere, buzzing around constantly. It’s like they don’t care about cleanliness or hygiene at all. The worst part is the unbearable smell, both inside and outside the office. It’s like the place hasn’t been cleaned in ages, and the stench just hits you the moment you walk in. You’d think in a professional setting, they’d make an effort to keep things tidy and at least odor-free, but that’s clearly not the case here. The staff, on the other hand, are just as bad. Most of them are incredibly rude and unhelpful. When you ask for something, they act like you’re bothering them, or worse, they just ignore you altogether. It’s like they’ve forgotten that part of their job is to assist people. There’s one guy in particular, Sanjay, who’s especially difficult to deal with. He’s got such an arrogant attitude, and talking to him feels like a battle. The only person who seems to have any sense of decency is the guard, who’s actually polite and does his job well. But honestly, that’s the only positive thing I can say about the staff. Then there are the facilities—or the lack thereof. It’s ridiculous. They turn off the air conditioning way before office hours are over, so by the time you’re wrapping up your day, it’s unbearably hot and stuffy. On top of that, the lights flicker on and off constantly, and sometimes they just go out completely. It’s so disruptive and makes it really hard to focus on work. The coffee machine is another disaster. When it actually works, it produces coffee that’s so bad it’s undrinkable. Most of the time, though, either the coffee is out, the milk is out, or the machine just stops working altogether. It’s honestly not worth the trouble. Basic amenities are also missing. There are no tissues in the washroom or anywhere else in the office. You’d think they’d at least stock up on essentials, but nope. To make matters worse, sometimes there’s not even any water available. How can you run an office and not have something as basic as water available for people? It’s beyond frustrating. The receptionist, Archna, is another big issue. She’s always asking for money for one thing or another, and it’s never clear what it’s actually for. Plus, she doesn’t even bother to keep the reception area or the surrounding space clean. It’s like she’s not interested in doing her job properly at all, which makes a terrible first impression on anyone walking into the office. The location of the office just adds to the misery. There’s no parking space nearby, which is a major inconvenience if you drive. And if you’re coming by metro, the walk from the station is a nightmare. The path is poorly maintained, and if it rains, the whole area floods. You literally have to wade through water just to get to the office. It’s so frustrating and makes commuting a total hassle, especially on rainy days when you can’t avoid getting drenched. And the crowd at the office? It’s really disappointing. The majority of the people there seem uneducated and don’t have basic manners. They don’t know how to talk to others respectfully, which makes the whole work atmosphere uncomfortable and tense. It’s the kind of environment where you feel like you’re always on edge, never knowing when someone’s going to snap at you. But the worst part of all is how they handle payments. Before you pay them, they’ll make all kinds of promises and tell you exactly what you want to hear. They’ll assure you that everything will be perfect. But the moment they have your money, everything changes. They start ignoring you, and all those promises they made? They don’t keep a single one. And if you decide to leave the office, good luck getting your security deposit back. They make it so difficult, and in most cases, they just refuse to return it altogether, leaving you feeling cheated and angry.
