I have had a significantly negative experience working with Garuda Behive, primarily due to their lack of professionalism and inconsistent policies. The management, led by the executive Ratandeep Ghosh, seems to have little regard for maintaining a stable and predictable work environment. Rules and company policies are changed with alarming frequency—sometimes weekly or monthly—creating a chaotic and confusing atmosphere for employees. Moreover, the approach to communication is highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns directly, Mr. Ghosh sends security personnel to speak with employees, which is both inappropriate and intimidating. This method of handling internal matters is far from what one would expect in any professional setting. Overall, I find Garuda Behive to be one of the least desirable places to work. The management's lack of consistency and professionalism not only hinders work performance but also significantly impacts employee morale. I would advise anyone considering a position here to think twice and consider other options where a more respectful and professional environment is upheld.
